Credit Policy

As a member of the Dauphin Consumers Cooperative you may apply for a charge account.  Charge accounts are issued to members based on credit bureau ratings.  Customers Must complete prescribed credit agreement

In house Credit is available for purchases made at our agro, home and gas bar locations.

We Offer:

In House 30 Day Accounts
- 30 day charge accounts are due and payable in full the following month
(Example: Purchases made in one month are due and payable in full the following month)

Agro Accounts
- Extended terms are available (OAC) with Oct 31st and Mar 31st due dates--Administration Fees will Apply
- Please refer to "Co-op Ag Team Brochure" or drop into our administration or Ag office for Further Information

We also offer FCC, AIM and Agricard for our Agricultural Customers

Interest is charged at 18% Per Annum on Overdue Balance.

Charge accounts may be paid at any Dauphin Co-op location with cash, cheque, debit or credit card.
